Re: Alice In Wonderland
Don't think this has been posted before but came across it when looking at some old/cult TV shows and saw this: http://www.zetaminor.com/cult/alice_...alice_main.htm
I'm unsure if it is available any where and the effects don't look as good as other versions. |
Re: Alice In Wonderland
I have been trying to find this version for a while but haven't found it yet if anyone does let me know. I collect AiW videos (I always prefer the whole things).:D

Re: Alice In Wonderland
I did find this: http://download.mimia.berlin/all-ali...-anglia-growth but I think it is either spyware or the download has expired. Kind of a shame as I'm coming up donuts with finding results for this.

Re: Alice In Wonderland
Perhaps you could upload it elsewhere and not to something that has malware or viruses?

Re: Alice In Wonderland
Warning: No Process in picture.
I recently got so new stockings for my main figure in Poser (Victoria 4) so I deiced to try them out on my always changing Alice setup and made this sample to see how it looks. Let me what do you all think. This pic was a quickly just to get her in a quick seen and see how she looks. The dress and hair I normally use. The texture and stockings are new and the shoes are just one of two types of Mary Jane's I have. See her here: http://allogagan.deviantart.com/art/...253A1409816392 |

Re: Alice In Wonderland
Found these on Vimeo when I was actually searching for a Let's Play I watched a couple of months back but can't find anymore :(
This only lasts 60 seconds and is "stop motion" but has two growth scenes and a shrinking scene: http://vimeo.com/37502365 Similar to the one above being stop motion but still live action and has multiple growth scenes in it: http://vimeo.com/12064139 [small door 1:46-3:51] [catapilla and mushroom 3:53-4:12] A Lottery advert with the first 16 seconds inspired by AiW, includes a Rabbit's House scene too: http://vimeo.com/27860336 I posted this a while back in gtscity and features the woman (who looks remarkably like Zooey Deschanel) in a small room for several scenes through out the video: http://vimeo.com/27408976 |

Zooey - She does have a band so it very well could be her, if only as a guest spot for another group. |
Re: Alice In Wonderland
Found this AiW inspired/related growth clip on C4S a few weeks back but only recently bought it. http://clips4sale.com/studio/65289/C...#startingpoint
http://imagecdn.clips4sale.com/accou...-and-Grows.gif You can make up your own minds about it but I'm kind of sucker when it comes to C4S ladies doing growth clips and when it is related to AiW then it is even more of a money pit so I bought it the other day; pretty disappointed. Obvious use of force perspective given the minimal budget but hardly any low angle povs except right at the end, which could have mixed the clip up a little to make her look like she had grown but nothing like that. She has bare legs and feet in it because we all know you can't upload a C4S or giantess clip if it doesn't, at one point have barefeet in it, to sell. Could have worn white stockings or tights but again it is a selling point to have barefeet these days. Might be worth having in your collection if prices lower at $13-$18 but the $25 was slightly overpriced given it is purely force perspective. Does have talking in the video and it is audible most of the time so it already has an advantage over most videos that sell on C4S. :D |

Re: Alice In Wonderland
Another Alice-themed C4S video here and it looks pretty good from the GIF. Haven't made the purchase yet as I'm waiting for a few things to pay out first, hoping to get it sometime this week unless some one beats me to it. It says part 1 so possibly there will another clip of her in a rabbit's house scenario.

Now again, I am not saying she is doing the same, but that raises a red flag for me. Just be careful with it is all I can say, now if part-2 looks better I may purchase it over this one, but unless I am proven wrong on this one, I'm a strong Pass... not to sound offensive. |
Re: Alice In Wonderland
With accordance to RedJack's objection, I agree on the clothing aspect. First of all, she should be wearing the traditional Alice outfit. Second, being overdressed before the growth process is a great sign that the process itself will be satisfying to watch.
Also, foot growth is an important aspect when it comes to Alice in Wonderland. It was so in the original text, as it was in most movie adaptations. If she can include foot growth in the process, that would give me an incentive to purchase a video. |
Re: Alice In Wonderland
Random YT find now, obviously based on the Disney animation but clearly not enough in the budget! :D

Can remember seeing this a few years back but lost the link, recently I managed to recover it. Doesn't have a growth scene persay but has a cute woman walking around a miniature village in an alice costume.

Jesus Christ. I'd rather have put the $9 toward buying a Missa clip that I already own, because at least then the money would go towards a good product created by someone who deserves to make sales. |
Re: Alice In Wonderland
Well now I know in the future not to post any Alice in Wonderland related "growth" clips I see on C4S here.

Re: Alice In Wonderland
Well, there's nothing wrong with alerting us to new content. It's not your fault this particular piece of content is terrible.
|
Re: Alice In Wonderland
You can tell by the preview that it's shit. Sure, that's harsh, but you can't slap a naked body in front of a camera, use some cheap effects, and expect to be considered in the same category for the same price as the more professional and technical producers.
Now if there was Bargain Bin clips this would belong there, but here it looks like it targets suckers. |

The harshness was deserved. It isn't deserved all the time, but when obvious bullshit marketing is in play, then I want it to be called out as harshly as I can make it. This is a cash grab. Keeping in mind, forum regulars can't seem to handle harsh. Tut tut. Top hats and tea cups, constructive criticism my good chap. Small aside: The worse is the inane opining on how someone else gives their feedback, or how a seller will get defensive and correct the interpretation of the feedback to save face and discredit the reviewer. You know what? It's OK to be pissed off at the work and to share that. That's pretty valuable feedback when the work you're putting out is pissing off customers or gives them the impression that they are being misled. Oh, and, remember, these are opinions. I don't even know how you could see it any other way. And I'm done. |
Re: Alice In Wonderland
FYI, my beady eyes comment was not a dissenting expression of opinion. I am in full agreement with both Qzar9999's and LK's thorough criticisms of the clip in question. Just wasn't expecting so much non-clothes rippage.
^_^ Someday the likes of the process scene from Attack of the 50ft Woman ('93) will be achieved to the thorough nature that the true growth process fans have been longing for. Then we might finally have the Alice in Wonderland experience rightfully deserved. Some...dayyyyy over the ripped clothes....... |
Re: Alice In Wonderland

Re: Alice In Wonderland
Technically the latest Alice movie wasn't an AiW movie if you've seen the Nostalgia Critic review of it :D Should be called Tim Burton's Grown Up Alice Returns to Underland!
Probably already been posted but 18:00 minutes in he talks about the pitfalls of growing cake in a fictional universe and why it doesn't work for balancing the WAR storyline out! Also 18:36 has the growth scene. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DeSa_TDtKcM As for a proper in-house growth scene I'm leaning, now, more towards Once Upon a Time as a one-episode plot that will later come back for the finale but as most of the cast has been reduced to just the regulars I doubt I will ever see a giant Ruby! Not sure if there were any growth/shrinking scenes in the Sorcerer's Apprentice as the current OUAT storyline seems to be taking that direction. |

Re: Alice In Wonderland

This one is a slightly more obscure reference to the shrinking/growing part of AiW as it is a dance play thing. I think the guy dressed in black is supposed to represent the door or wonderland but not sure. Anyway it has an implied growth scene where Alice grows so big she breaks out of the building! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybSNJ7LzOpM Has a decent ode to Disney's AiW Rabbit's House scene starting from 3:55 to 5:00. |
Re: Alice In Wonderland

In any case, if you didn't know yet the Alice spinoff had 2 shrinks (pilot and tiny Alice stealing from the Caterpillar) and a scene with her inside the Rabbit's tiny house. |

Re: Alice In Wonderland
Been a bit of slow start to the year with nothing new on the AiW front in terms of growth scenes but have noticed some of these fandubs of Disney's AiW if that counts and interestingly a lot of them are either the Doorknob or White Rabbit's House scene.
