Red Parrot presents: Office Politics (Preview)

Recently I mentioned how there was test footage from a new producer that impressed me. I asked Red Parrot if he would let me share it with everyone on here, and he was kinda enough to generate a new trailer based on his recent work.

He plans to put it on sale soon, once it is finished. In the meantime, enjoy this preview.

Oh, well, that's a shame.

More specifically, it says your upload of it was interrupted.

Ohh, thanks for the shout-out!

It looks like there's a technical difficulty with that link, so I'm putting it on my Dropbox to share:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...cs/TRAILER.mov

(Hopefully I have enough bandwidth! I'll check back tonight to see if this is still working.)

Anyway, I'm expecting to have this video done by the end of the month, but I've recently become aware of Clip4Sale's policy of needing 10 videos to open a store. Oops. Didn't know that.

This movie was a big freaking deal for me and I'm not going to be able to do 9 more of this length, but I'm kicking myself in the butt to hurry up and get a bunch of shorter videos done in January.

I hope everyone likes the trailer! I'm pleased with how the video is coming out, now I just have to hurry up and find a way to get it to you all!

I just watched the preview and wow....the effort putting into this and the effects that make it more real is what we need. This movie has it...and more!

Looks like it may be a lengthy movie--about 10-20 mins long. I hope that's within that vicinity. Even longer would be even better. :)

That's pretty impressive. I'm looking forward to the finished product ^_^

You're right about the ten clips minimum thing being kind of a bummer. You could always do what I did: if it's a fairly long video, as the trailer suggests it might be, you can split it into multiple smaller clips and upload those separate from the main video. C4S doesn't care how long the videos are beyond the minimum time, or whether they're any good/make any sense chopped apart like that, and it's a quicker, easier way to raise your clip count.

Hell, I think I actually still don't have ten separate clips, now I think about it...

Oh, and I forgot to mention one other helpful tip. Don't forget they'll let you open your store even if you only have one clip; they just won't feature you in their directory or let you accept credit cards, so you'd have to have an alternate method of payment available to you *cough cough p@yp@l*. Nevertheless, you don't NEED to have ten clips to get started.

Not to say I wouldn't want to see ten clips, if they live up to the potential this preview shows. Just letting you know. ^_^
