Weird mild inflation scene from a terrible 80s comedy
 

Wacko(1982) is basically a knockoff of Airplane!-type comedies that's supposedly parodying Halloween and Prom Night. There's a scene where for some reason after the cheerleading character gives a speech in the locker room her cheer squad pulls some cords to make her boobs inflate and she floats out of the shot. No nudity and the effect is slight but hey, better than nothing.

And I was surprised to find out more people already knew about this terrible/obscure movie.
