Looking for a Fertility/race change TF sequence

If anyone can help me to track down this specific sequence, I'd be very grateful.

A snooty, middle-aged female explorer and her male assistant come across a remote tribe in the jungle filled with young women. The tribe worships a fertility idol/statue. When the explorer comes into contact with the statue, she metamorphoses into one of the super-fertile native women.

(Although the transformed Dr. Smith looks way older than fifteen. Hell, she'd better be older than fifteen, otherwise this is one fucked-up tribe!) :rolleyes:
