Zettai Karen Children has gone through I think at least two time skips. The series started with them being elementary school age than later skipped over to middle school age and I think now skipped to high school age. The dolls are modeled after there elementary school selves.

Some stories do time skips I'm pretty sure Naruto did it.

The massive itch.io charity bundle has String Tyrant in it. A horror RPG with a strong focus on various inanimate transformations and mind alteration.
