probably dumb to ask but
couple years ago someone posted a comic about a super hero who could bend certain points of reality and had a girlfirend who made him change the way he looked and he felt like a tool for wearing the clothes and acting the way she wanted him to

I remember him leaving her and since she cared so much about her butt he made it expand.

Anyone remember that comic?

I have not been able to locate the full comic so this might not be the same, but I do have this one page from something that seems similar. Is this it?

Ah now I remember it is in the title of the image the scene is from "The Authority" it is a DC comic.

Yeah, that page looks pretty familiar - was probably involving "The Doctor" in one of the storylines when they had their memories swapped or got replaced by another "team". (seemed to happen a lot).

I do not, but would be quite interested to see this or know where I could find it.

It's one of the issues after Millar took over the Authority in #12. When I have time/access to look through my TPBs next month, I can probably pinpoint...scan it.
