Hey guys I tried to find the pages of that comic but no success. I just found more information about it:

Nope.

I found the issue at a local comic book store, and it did not have the butt expansion sequence.

Authority Vol 2, #9 (Godhead 4 of 4).

In the Fractured Worlds TPB (spine #6). The one scanned page that was already posted is the only page with actual butt expansion process on it though.

Just wanted to confirm, the one who "seems to have been removed" in the first post, Lollie-splosion at last count (they frequently changed their name), deactivated. I have yet to find out why.
