Alright, I can't help but notice the 2 following things:
1st) that the scene seems to just come out of no where. Thus it suggests that the scene is part of a larger comic.
2ndly) the file name "animeballoonnudealtjg2" suggests the same again... namely note the "2" at the end.

If you still know, could you link the site where you got it. and I could perhaps search for the the rest.

I found it on bodyinflation.org. I have no idea if there are any others though.
