Why a note? Seems like a computer program would work better.
That way if you don't like the changes, you can revert and star again.

OH-MG!

It's a really good anime! I highly recommend it. It's basically about a Death God's being bored and dropping a Death Note book on Earth to see what would happen, which happens occasionally apparently by accident or otherwise. The Shimigami Death Gods use the Book to act like the grim reaper basically.

It's found by a brialliant high school student and son of a cop. The twists and turns are really really cool.

But the Size note would have rules like the Death note. You have to write the victim's name down while picturing the person (so it won't affect people of the same name), and then within a time a default size would happen to the person. Whatever the rules say. The death note said heat attack in I think 40 seconds. UNLESS you specified a cause of death and time. The rules are very specific.

If I am able to find the time I may give it a look.

It seems you have the beginnings of a story on your hands. Though a story like that would be a long one. Some elements may end up being off putting to others. As you would have to push the boundaries of the rules to make it interesting.
