Honestly, there was something similar a long time ago. The comic was Archie Comics #516, "The Other Side of the Fence". In this (mostly) imaginary story, Archie's mom wonders what life would be like if Archie were a girl instead of a boy. I found this picture by coincidence:

Now, about this new comic, I have to admit that I'm very interested. You know?, considering they created stories about what would happen if Archie marries Veronica and if Archie marries Betty, they could make a short version of them in this "Reversedale". I wonder how "Archina" would look in wedding dress.

I'm old-school -- I wish they'd done this story years ago so they could have given the assignment to Dan DeCarlo. Talk about people who were great at drawing girls...
