That account started out as an archive for the work of PrivateMarshal when he departed the scene, I think, so his work wouldn't disappear. I'm not sure what's going on with it now.

There is a mission statement on the front page for the account:

This is a new program created and run by Turtwig Champion and the Hourglass-of-Youth devoted to uploading content of the great regressionists of yesterday. We are preventing these great works from ever being lost and forgotten forever.

Notice: No content was/is/ever will be created by this account. Please do not report any of the deviations. If you have a problem or want to ask to have something uploaded please send a note to this acount, and only this acount. We do NOT draw requests, commissions, or art period. All works are reuploads.

The threads expire, still there if you search, but not visible otherwise. At least, I think...This thread even went off the post list a couple times, but I bravely bumped it back from oblivion :)

Also, the threads not being visible is something users can decide of in the option menu. ;)
