In episode 4 of a currently airing anime called High Card, it's revealed one of the main characters, when fully activating her powers, turns into a very busty yandere. Sadly the BE is pretty rapid, but hey it's something I guess?

In episode 24, the transformation is fully visible again. It's kind of subtle, but you can see her body upgrading before her alternate persona kicks in.
