It could be a form of clothes TF.
Clothes disappear or turn invisible.

This one is sudden nudity (not total), but the change is in the society itself, not the clothes.

A good number of mangas, mostly ecchi, recur to the X-Ray specs. It's similar but can differ on the reactions, specially if the person is not aware of being seen naked.

Negima has quite a few scenes of sudden nudity from sneezing of Negi and Asuna who can null magic but every time she does it seems to blow off all her clothes. There is also the robots that shoot off beams that leave the victims nude during the Academy vs Martians part of the story.
