You should check out "Medicine Show" on LPSG.org. The author has a story about "growth cream" being used by some lacrosse players. Their roommate steals the cream and uses too much, growing to be 22".

The author takes a vacation and his subber focuses on the roommate, who gets even bigger. The original author has a lot of masturbation and m/f sex, while the sub focuses on masturbation (which, given that the character is 22" long, makes some sense, I guess.)

There's lots of good stories on there, but not all focus on Penis Expansion and most of them that do tend to peter out pretty quickly (pun intended). This one has had pretty regular updates for a month or so.
