Sorry to be a nit-picker, but princess Peach becoming a Boo doesn't count as evil conversion.

Her getting killed, that would technically turn her into a boo, if my theory on Boos is correct in that they're just the spirits of the dead people of the Mushroom kingdom.

The key word being "theory." Has there ever been a good boo?

Actually in the Paper Mario series I do believe so.

well in truth, any species in the mario universe can be evil or good. you can be bowser in some games, and he helps mario, in the paper mario games his allies are usually his enemies in the mario bros games ie: goomba, koopa, boo, bomb-omb, those fish guys, ect. what gets me is how a human rules over mushrooms.

I had a dream last night where there was an airborne virus being spread in this dark gritty gothic-type city. When someone took a breath when in the presence of someone with the virus, they immediately transformed into a vampiric, demonic or otherwise evil (and hot) female. I had to hold my breath and run. I would get away for a while for a few breaths, but the virus spread quickly and I was being surrounded. Finally, I couldn't hold it in anymore and I took a breath. I could just feel this pleasant tingling warmth build in the pit of my stomach as I changed. I don't know what I looked like as I didn't have a mirror, but hair was in my face and I felt sexy and evil. It was a fun dream. I might modify it and write a story. Viruses are a bit overdone, but... meh.

Quite a dream I have no doubt that could make for an interesting story. Forced serial changes are interesting (if not simply terrifying) 'Virus' is just a plot device like a macguffn it can be substituted with anything. So if virus is too cliche just make up something else. ;-)
