Do not commission this artist..he is a fraud and a cheat.

he tried to pass this off:

its was clearly ripped from this:

Going by his comments, I'm going to guess he deleted a ton of comments calling him out for plagiarism? There are weird gaps. Does deviantART have a report tool for this?

unfortunately deviant art seems to care a LOT less about plagiarism than they do about our artists posting something deviant with a mature filter. I looked through the FAQs and found this... thoroughly unhelpful.

I'd say best bet is to contact the original artist and have them make a copyright claim... if you have a link that works to that manga site you posted I'll pen the letter myself.

So in a update, I heard from the artist and he claims people were being blocked
Mistakenly and it's all a big misunderstanding. Take that for what you will.

Strange. I could view his content until yesterday, when I made a comment regarding the plagiarism concerns. Yet bizarrely, I'm blocked today. What an amazing coincidence.
