The Pill - A BE Game
 

Hey folks,

Long time no see! I haven't been on this forum for quite some time, but for those who follow my DA account or website know I've hardly been resting on my laurels!

For those unfamiliar, since 2017 I've moved on from 2D animation / art with BE themes and opted for 3D instead. I've been making BE animations and comics since!

Anyhoo - while I wouldn't normally bother you fine folks with my standard updates, I'm proud to announce that over the last few weeks I've been working on a BE themed video game / virtual novel / choose your own adventure... and the first version is now done!

This is the first one of these I have attempted and it's not very robust, more of a proof of concept for me. That being said it is chock full of BE (and some butt expansion too) and was a blast to make! I hope it'll be a blast for you folks to play.

Windows Version

Mac Version

With the Windows one, download and unzip the file, then run the game.exe. With the mac one, I believe you just have to download, unzip and run the .app file.

Let me know what you think and if there are any bugs that I can fix!

I'm noticing that even when turning all the sound options off in the menu, the background music will still play. Also I figured out the take-over-the-world one.

That is strange. What platform are you playing it on?

The audio in general in the software I'm using seems to be a little bit buggy. It might be worth reloading the program and turning sound off at the title screen, since some of the audio controls seem to just disable audio cues from happening rather than properly muting them.

I'm in Windows 10. And yeah I turn the sound off via the options menu on the title screen.

Nice! I know a fair few people who still haven't found both endings so congrats :D

I might download this some time, just not on my Xbox. It seems fun.

I hope you enjoy it when you do. And yes... many many years ago! I've kept the content though, so pretty much everything that was there is now at the BE Grove (most of it under 2D Gallery).

I've actually made a new build over at my Patreon that improves some aspects of the game already - it'll be uploaded to the public on Monday. Aside from that, I'm going to add in a bit more content for the time being. The aforementioned Patreon has a poll going as to what will come next.

Honestly, I've been looking for people to do expansion commissions. I hate running into those dry times and they have been happening more times than not.
