Seems like good work! The front shot looks a little more awkward to me personally but the back shot is very nice.

Beautiful. Personally, I think I prefer the front view because it includes a shift in height, which I find adds to any gender transformation.

front view looks awkward to most people because there wasnt any facial animations used, it just has that frozen doll expression.

BTW you all better start saving the gif, the artist is now aware of deviantart's guidelines against erect penises, so he might make some adjustments to the post just in case.
