Monster TF I guess, Mio devolves further than the attachments, hopefully she gets a proper hybrid form in the next volume.

I really like this series, the author did well by having the premise avoid the island and plane accident trope that is present in most mangas of this kind, guy hits his head, faints briefly and then awakens to find it's the end of the world.

It was also pretty easy to foresee it was going to switch from horror to action at some point.
