Hey, so I'll be blunt...I'm a massive fan of BE, and more over I'm a massive fan of breast implants. There is something about the very idea of a woman or a girl so vain she'd have breast augmentation, willing to run all the risks associated, but also coming out looking bigger and better for it--if perhaps mocked for her vanity in the end--just drives me up a wall.

So are there any major anime or manga characters (not even officially) with boob jobs? Or manga or anime that directly reference and expand, pun intended, on the concept?

I do remember there was one anime where high school girl grope another girl's breast and could tell their fake I just can't remember which anime it was but I know for a fact it's not hentai.

Ah yes, Ayame Reikadou...mmm...

I have no idea why they make the biggest bitches in these series the sexiest possible characters. Maybe that's a Japanese cultural thing I'm just not privy to. :(
