I'm trying to remember what chapter does Arisu start changing.

Technically Arisu starts in the first chapter. But it's NOTICEABLE in the second chapter.

Its weird to me that he doesn't seem to be freaked out or anything?

He's been to Wonderland, attacked by men in bunny suits and people calling themselves royalty, a girl killed in front of him and get back up, and put into a dress and chased after by another guy.

I wouldn't be bothered by that myself after all he's been through so far.
