I recall on your site you complained it was impossible to find, I attempted afterwards and had to agree, to the extent I questioned if it was ever actually released.

Anyway, meteor hits lake, emits parasitic fish that works like a candiru, parasite looks suspiciously like a cock and balls. Waitress eats poorly prepared fish with the parasite in it, is taken over by it and emits tentacles from her neck.

This is about all the preview actually showed that made sense.
