This is a Metroidvania game coming to the Nintendo Switch. It's about a girl who's hunting down various beasts, and can take on the forms of the beasts she kills.

It's pretty much subjective if you think the graphics are terrible or not. Personally I like it. But the game is currently priced at $13.49 so I don't know where you got the info that it's gonna be full price. It's also on steam for $8.99 right now with a mixed rating.

It’s full price in that it costs 100% of the price the publisher asked for... except for when it’s on sale.

Technically you're not wrong, though in this case the game has a preorder sale of 10% or something on the switch and is also on sale with 40% off on steam. But in a normal case full price means $60 on PC/Switch and $70 on PS4/Xbox.

In what region are PS4 and Xbox One games $70? Here (USA) everything PC, Xbox, PS4, and Switch are all generally $60.
