We now have another new trailer for Madness Returns, and this one shows a short snippet of Giant Alice in action (at 0:58). But that aside, I think it's the best trailer yet. It shows many different aspects of the game, and the music in the trailer is very cool -- sort of has a Silent Hill flavor to it.

If I weren't hyped for this game, this trailer would have done the trick.

On a related note, during the latest episode of the podcast Rebel.FM, Arthur Gies spoke about his hands-on time with the game. I feel confident in his opinion, in that he described the game as a competent platformer/action-adventure game.

In the short time since I posted that last trailer, two other trailers have been released: the launch trailer and the mini-games trailer.

Launch Trailer (Giant Alice at 1:26 and 1:44): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cFrs5UGB-ns

Mini-Games Trailer (Giant Alice at 1:03): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rAnBmaR45E

The mini-games trailer has a pretty lengthy Giant Alice segment (compared to the other Madness Returns trailers anyway). And going by the different outfits in these two trailers, it looks like we'll play as Giant Alice at least twice in the game.

I had the pleasure of playing a live demo of madness returns and its looks pretty okay. there is active growing and shrinking as you play which is useful, I feel it is lacking in crude-like graphical texture comparing to the first one. I know gaming and rendering has changed a lot but I feel the rough texturing should of stayed.

I obviously can't be giving a full review but the demo i played was the first chapter, and its interesting how this tale of alice's life has got to this point, where she is now and how she is back in wonderland.

I likely still be buying it, nonetheless

the "implied process" concept has been a part of this board since the start of it, and this, like any "Alice in a room" picture is obviously implied process by virtue of the fact that it is Alice.

If it were a random large woman just sitting in a room, it wouldn't by default imply anything.
