A reminder to all users that naked hostility and personal attacks will not be tolerated in the content forums.

Merc, you probably could've handled this issue a bit better and made sure your customers were properly informed. However, that doesn't justify what was being said to you. Please be careful not to retaliate - you didn't, but "biased jerks" was leaning in that direction.

Nobody is ever beholden to deliver strictly on a consumer's schedule, period end-of.
Were mistakes made here? Yes.
Does that entitle anyone to dictate artist scheduling, especially once the mistake is acknowledged?

I'm very sorry for such. I tried to handle it to the best of my abilities, but I will learn and try to be more professional next time.
