Even if we do not get much TF process, I adore footage of E.G. Daily's prosthetic buck teeth. Thanks!

Yeah I am totally digging the look that they have in those screen shots. The sheep woman looks excellent as well! One thing I'm curious about is if they will start completely human and transition into the state they're in in those shots. If so, then it looks like there will be a fairly complete process...unless they have different attributes in different shots.

Looks very interesting. Let's hope this will be released soon.

What I really hope is that they wouldn't make everything around the faces so we could see some "body transformation" too :).

Re: Transformations That I Found While Searching

Mysteryman29 – As to how much TFing we get, I bet not much, and what we do see will be very quick, like the donkey ears. Probably, it’ll mostly be cutaways, and when the camera goes back, the next stage will be visible.

But it definitely looks like there are several stages. The Tanya Cornelisse clip clearly shows the beginning of the scene when they are fully human. We’ve seen a lot of the donkey, including an early stage with just makeup and hooves, and a late version with a completely CGI head. But we’ve also seen the actress having a full head mold cast, and have not yet seen any prosthetics that would have been drawn from that. So, she may well have a middle stage we haven’t seen yet. And we’ve seen that they have live animals on set, including at least chickens and a goat, so it’s very likely at least some and maybe all of them end the scene as true animals.

I wouldn’t count on all of them having a five stage process, but I bet we see a fair amount. They almost have to build the scene slowly, to show the weirdness of the protagonist’s hallucination. Hopefully someone will be able to see it at the Florida Film Festival, and give us a more complete idea about what happens!

Sutibaru – You’re welcome! I completely agree. I really like the effects they chose, and I love how she smiles around them.

Anahki – Well, we can see hooves on the goat and donkey. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen evidence for body casting or anything like that. But I’ve got my fingers crossed that we’ll see something along those lines, too!

Re: Transformations That I Found While Searching

Yeah that's a very good point digitalcirce. I am expecting the cuts to be fairly quick with all the banter going on around the dinner table in that scene. But if nothing else, like you said, there will be multiple stages which is a good thing for sure! Personally I'm more partial to the half human, half animal appearance they have in the screenshots you posted as opposed to the full CG animal head look. I agree with you that maybe we haven't seen every stage given they did do the full head casts on some of the actors. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I did see on Melanie Griffith's twitter page that supposedly the DVD release will be this summer so hopefully we won't have to wait much longer.

Re: Transformations That I Found While Searching

Nothing major, just a quicky poof of Tedd and Sarah into Werewolf Versions of themselves for a frame and then a poof revert to them all naked right after. They're talking about playing a card game where weaker cards might have a special ability, in this case, a transformation into a Werewolf. It's fast and one frame, but I thought Sara looked cute as a Werewolf. =D
