According to the Google translator, the title translates as "Red Scarf and Wang

Xiaoming", and it is an old Chinese anime series I discovered recently,

where the main character is this tomboy girl who transforms into a buxom

cyber warrior for unknown reasons due to the language barrier. She tries to

protect her friend from bullies, then this mysterious boy appears and inserts

a USB-like device into her scarf, causing the transformation to happen. The

process is a bit on the vague side, but the transformation sequence overall

seems decently animated and is interesting because the girl's tomboy

appearance makes it look like a TG AP. Not to mention that the difference

between the before and the after is very vivid. The first episode was

released more than a year ago, and while it teases the next episode with a

new character who might be able to transform as well, the series seems to

have been discontinued ever since as I can't find the 2nd episode online. And

yes. It's definitely a girl and not a boy. You can tell by her wearing a skirt

and female school uniform. She just has a really short hair style like a boy.

(Unless it's a boy in crossdressing)

I wish they'd learn the power of simplicity when it comes to clothing. Just a general complaint about anime. The clothing is ridiculous.
