I found an interesting little game CG repo that had about a 9 image transformation. So I went ahead and grabbed the images and threw them into photoshop and animated them :)

That's fantastic; odd request, could reverse it to go the other way? Kind of have a kink for the reverse.

The game is called Sayoko.

From what I recall it also had some light breast expansion, and a male to female transformation as well (or a very feminine male, can't recall).
