I think it's a corrupt file. It needs to be reuploaded, for the file keeps crashing Windows Media Player for me.

just click on file, then quick open file. Look for the file and thats it. I saw this some time ago, its alright.

I advise you to watch the whole episode, it is pretty comical for soft-core hentai. The boy wants to attract a girl he like, and she turns out to be a lesbian. The magic lady and her servant (Pipi) turns him into a chick. There is some more to the story, but I do not feel like explaining it.
