Bleh, can't say I approve, but I know of one.

Cool world, where a cartoon-turned-real-person somehow gets cursed or something, and switches from normal woman to clown cartoon every so often.

I don't suggest it, though. Horrible movie.

No female content and no onscreen process, but I do recall an episode of "Freakazoid" that had clown TFs - "The Cloud".

The whole thing was one big 'take over the world' scheme from one of his arch-enemies, the Lobe. As said, no process and no female content, but come on...it's Freakazoid!

There's two or three clown branches on CYOC, and a few stories at fictionmania. I don't have any links handy at the moment, though.

At first, I thought they were parodies, a lighthearted poke at some of the more absurd cliches and tropes of TG/TF fiction. But no; 'bozofication' is apparently a real fetish, and the stories are (ironically) completely serious. *shrug*
