The first ones are poof and off-screen, both guys revert back in v06 in the same way. The ones in the last volume have some process slightly focused on BR and BE.

Yeah, this manga features a lot of TG in it. Multiple characters get TG'd, so many I can't even list them all. Also so many die in this series as well. It is quite crazy.

Ohhhhh, so this is the manga where attachment #16 happens with the BR/BE (?), I know I've seen that image around on some Japanese board sites but never with a source. Still not sure what is really going on around that scene even with some more context to it.

Pretty much everyone excluding Ryouseiin, Saki, and the guy in charge of the transfers ends dead, Kyouko literally dies twice in the same volume.

So was Ryouseiin male originally ?, the way the final scene pans out is a little disconcerting, he is being casually addressed as Otome-chan by Saki instead of Otome-kun.

Mei changes (F2M) off-screen between v07 & v08, just for completion.

Her and her entire army of Female soldiers. So that they can be killed by a power that kills only men. To survive this, the last remaining male characters in the series change genders to women. The blonde guy in image 24 even gets a nice slow transition into a girl. This occurs over the whole of Chapter 40. Select images below:
