I love the weird grotesqueness of having an adult woman's breasts attached to the kid's prepubescent body before the full TF kicks in. It's as if they literally belong to a completely different person. The implied mind alteration is appreciated too.

I second this, I uploaded a series of images by a Japanese artist named Metamorgirl that heavily features this kind of TG/AP.

...yeeaaaah, those ones kind of cross the line for me in terms of explicitness (we ARE dealing with a TF that involves kids after all, so you've gotta be painfully careful), but to each their own. :o

Here's an old(ish) manga that fits the bill:

http://mangafox.me/manga/mahou_shounen_majorian/

Only 4 chapters have been scanlated, but I know for sure that the manga was completed and RAWS were available online at one time. It is about two boys who transform into magical girls. The story has far more depth to it than just that and the RAWS seemed to suggest that it would have been an interesting read. It also features some interesting transformation sequences:

OK I found a place to read the raws at.

I kind of wish this whole thing was translated now.

Good work finding that. Here are a couple more commissions of mine that I forgot to upload:

My latest find has been the 2011 anime Un-Go. Un-Go is set in Tokyo in the near-future and is about a Detective and his mysterious companion solving crimes and exposing human souls. Or at least that's the very basic plot according to wikipedia, I've never watched the series. The character of Inga has two forms in the series, a Young boy and an Adult woman. Inga switches between these forms quite regularly.

Inga can be seen transforming at about 0:38 in this video:

Cool thread. I've always loved that Gendertech sequence. Whatever happened to him?

Same. That and the Stripper Sam one. No clue, though. I remember he put out a download for all his stuff (which I obviously went for), but I don't remember why he disappeared.

nice commission, would love to see more.

There have been a few new updates to deviant-art regarding TG-AP, although most of them seem to feature GILFs.
That said one of them is a very nice animation of Ranma turning into a GILF:

and here is a more normal sequence:
