Found the anime in question:

It's "Dance in the Vampire Bund", Episode 12 (last episode?).

Going off Funimation's official YouTube channel and another channel, the AP occurs roughly 2 minutes into the episode. Won't bother linking 'em because:

-Funimation's video is censored (the character is cast in shadow/blacked out).
-The other channel's video quality is worse than the gif that's already provided.

Thanks, I just saw the Spanish and English sub versions to add it to my page and it seems the same as in the gif. It is not censored.

I have seen that they have put chapter 7 but in chapter 9 there is also ap but without process.
