Brent fell for a phishing scam and now there's a new icon on his phone. It doesn't seem to be doing anything, but he has the IT department at work look at it just to be on the safe side. Meanwhile his phone is secretly granting the wishes of those around him.

Breast and penis expansion, beautification, bit of mind control.

I think he meant it is an outline for a comic that has yet to be illustrated. Since you want to proof read these things before putting pen to paper.
