Searching for a Manga/Dōjinshi
 

Hey guys first off I apologize if this is in the wrong place. As this Manga has no process in it I didn't want to throw it in the other threads.

All I remember is that it's 1 guy, and 2 girls studying in a classroom. The older sister is smaller than the sister and is getting teased and for some reason or another she turns around and lifts up her shirt/skirt to reveal cute teddy bear panties.

I SWEAR the name translated is "I am not a midget" but I could be wrong. I've been searching for it for a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
