This is another grey area TF. WHile some people can argue it is TF, because its one furry to another, they can argue it isn't because its not human to animal/furry.

The forum focuses on process transformation of females, as long as those two requirements are met (process transformation, and the subject being female or turning into female) is goes into the TF forum or the transgender forum.

Both of these are true but you have to take into consideration that the subject in this case is already an animal. Changing species for furries/animals is the same as race change for humans, therefore it COULD be considered a seperate thing from TF. Again, theres plenty to argue with one way or the other.

Yeah, "TF" covers too many possibilities :P Generally it's Human to Furry or Animal though.
