Story of Ricky is a great adaptation of the manga, Riki-oh. Surprisingly a better adaptation than the OVA was. And by great I mean it in a relative form, it was adapted better. Films like this is not for everyone, but this director went on to adapt manga like Peacock King and make other movies like Lao Mao which is quite an enjoyable film.
