Puchi Ota Rakugaki Works (CG+SS)

4 Attachment(s)
Artist/Author: genzaburoh
Circle: ぷちオタ落描き (Puchi Ota Rakugaki)
Artist's Blog: http://blog.livedoor.jp/genzaburo2/
Pixiv Account: http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=111357

Decided to create a new thread for this in order to test out something about the userbase of this board.

This artist does works mostly for the Lyrical Nanoha universe and characters. Though, he does do characters from other series as well, rarely. However, due to the fact that genzaburoh committed blatant plagiarism and took his old works down, I uploaded his old sets here: http://www.process-productions.com/f...1&postcount=18

Anyway, until someone can prove the illustrations from these new sets are also plagiarism (Though, it doesn't look like it to me), I'll just provide links and details about genzaburoh's two latest sets (MaxBoobs posted up a link for the first one in wasurenai's thread).

Title: ぷちオタ落描き 寄せ集め 0.1 (Puchi Ota Rakugaki Yoseyatsume)
DLSite: http://maniax.dlsite.com/work/=/prod.../RJ040742.html
Contains: BE, Chounyuu, Lactation, Belly Expansion, Futanarika, GTS, etc.

Title: 隷属機動六課 (Reizoku Kidou Rokuka)
DLSite: http://maniax.dlsite.com/work/=/prod.../RJ043930.html
Contains: BE, Chounyuu, Lactation, Belly Expansion, Futanarika, etc.

Process User, foducool, wrote a guide on how to purchase from Japanese DLSite here: http://www.process-productions.com/f...6&postcount=11

Fortunately for all of you, genzaburoh also submits his works to English DLSite here: http://eng.dlsite.com/work/=/product.../RE036399.html
(It's weird how all of his old sets are still being sold here when they have been pulled from the Japanese DLSite, Melon Books, and a few other download sites. Hahaha. You'll have to wait a while before the newest set winds up there, so foducool's guide might still be helpful.)

Enjoy~!

I swear I saw that 4th image somewhere. This was before I read above as well.

At first, I thought you were talking about the first three images, which I could easily explain for why they might seem familiar (Hint: They were on his Pixiv account for a short while). However, since you are talking about the 4th image and swearing on it. I'm intrigued. I would very much like to see some evidence. I'll give you a week before I scold you for being naughty. ;)

The pose seems too generic (e.g. It's fairly commonly used by people like Toguchi Hajime) and doesn't cause my plagiarism senses to tingle like a large sum of the illustrations included in genzaburoh's old collections.

You know Taruby I somehow also have this gut feeling I seen the fourth image somewhere. I'll try searching my folder once I have time. Oh, and I just don't why I love your avatar Taruby. It has some sort of "Take it easy" feeling to it and I'm not referencing to those stupid Touhou heads "Yukuris".

Since I hardly save any images of the sort I wouldnt know where to start to find the image I was talking about.

Well, it's been over a week. Time for the scolding~!

Sutibaru, as a Process Administrator, one of your implicit duties is to act as a role model for good forum behaviour. Because of your position, people look to you for guidance (including Taruby).

If you see someone posting something that you think is plagiarism, it's absolutely important that you at least have evidence on hand before making such claims. If you don't understand why this is a naughty thing to do, I can ask the other Process Posters to demonstrate the inherent naughtiness for you. Just to give an example, I can ask them to go to your Deviantart account and claim that all of your works are plagiarised off something else and swear on it. However, if you or anyone else asks those posters for evidence, they can retreat behind the curtain and say the following:
"Since I hardly save any images of the sort I wouldn't know where to start to find the image I was talking about."

So, please. Next time someone does something like create a repost of something old or post an item that you believe to be plagiarism, make sure you have evidence on hand in the event that someone asks for it. If it's a repost, a link to where it was originally posted would be satisfactory; if it's plagiarism, then the original piece would be satisfactory as well.

Well, I hope I didn't sound too harsh, someone on this board did call me snippy over a year or two ago.

By "Yukuris", do you mean the adverb, Yukkuri? Yeah, I'm not too keen or knowledgeable about memes. That's the one with the phrase "ゆっくりしていってね" next to it, right?

Where did Sutiba says it was plagiarism? "I swear I saw it before" =/= "It's someone's copy"

And what's with the "I'll give you one week to prove it"? It's this sort of childish thing that keeps me from coming here often. Grow up, people.

Time for scolding: So, please, dont be a paranoid over-reacting loose cannon complaining about people that did nothing.

On other news. Cool pics

Read Sutibaru's entire first post, and his follow up post. It's apparent that he meant plagiarism, and this seems to be the common understanding among the rest of us in this thread, including Sutibaru. I mean, if I was wrong with my interpretation of Sutibaru's first post, I would think Sutibaru would have corrected me in his second response to my reply to Sutibaru's first post.

EDIT: Just to be fair, can you explain how you interpreted the sum meaning behind both posts?

I thought it was cute.

Actually, the things I complained about did happen. Though, you did admit that you do not come to this board often because of childish behaviour, so I'll forgive you for being hasty in your scolding.

Here's just one example (If you want more, I can provide them for you):

Re: Puchi Ota Rakugaki Works (CG+SS)

Nowhere I mentioned plagiarism and there was nothing in your response to my first post to correct as it seemed fitting to me essentially saying it reminded me of another drawing. So I do not care for your scolding based on misunderstanding. Also, why publicly scold me rather than PM? If I was not told that you were, I probably would not have even known.

You're ignoring my complaint about saying something is old or a repost without providing links/evidence. It's public because other people do it as well.

Unless there is a good reason to say something is a repost or old without providing links/evidence or at least having them on hand to provide if someone asks for it.

Being reminded of someone else's work has been a basis for most examinations of plagiarism.

Since genzaburoh committed plagiarism in the past, I really did want to see the piece that reminds you of it. So, if it makes you feel any better, I'll simplify the criticism into that you say that you swear you saw that 4th image somewhere, but have no idea where you saw it or any other information for that matter.

acme is exempt from this criticism because acme did tell me the name of the author that caused his gut reaction in the Pixiv thread.
