Not necessarily process-ish (it's complete already) - but the squid girl in Dagon (actually a Yuzna production - directed by Stuart Gordon) has a nice look too (not sure how I managed to rip the audio commentary instead of the proper audio) - actually in a non-verbal context you might almost think that it was a TF she went through from the looks on their faces.

Yuzna's segment in Necronomicon was pretty disturbing with the amputation bit at the end as well. He should have some more stuff coming out sooner or later.
