Overall, the end result looks more like a man who got real world tranagender operation (Ugly face, big hands) That tipical magical Transgender, that's why I like this...

There are some long ones I like, but most of them got started in 2011 and continued in 2012 so it would be cheating...

One of many that I like, but adding animation like this makes things much more interesting for me. Lots of subtle things going on in this and while it doesn't go quite as crazy as I'd normally love to see, the fact that it was commissioned and done so well at all is a nice thing to see.

Satinminions definitely did the best tg animation. Supermodel Transformation Kit was my fave tg comic I think :)
Between Cluedog, Blackshirtboy and On-na there was a lot of good ones, it's hard to pick

I heard cluedog started an epic TG this year, one that will take a while to complete. I will be so happy once the final product is finished.

This is now one of my favorites.

I don't remember too many off the top of my head but Dynamoob's Day at the Beach is one of my favorites if not THE favorite of 2012 TG.
