A Work in Progress

Well, here's yet another comic I'm working on. People may recognize Amy from the "Odd" video, and a version of Stephanie transforming was one of the first sequences I posted here. "Michelle" is more-or-less in the same continuity, so I have a good excuse for re-using the same forest cyclorama as it's the same forest :). Criticism and suggestions are welcome, hence the posting ;).

No clue on how to criticize 3D modeling, but seems promissing (or I may be the one easily amused).

It's still a comic though, so there's plot, dialog, panel flow, etc. And even if you don't know how to articulate it, saying that something doesn't seem to work right can be useful.

If nothing else, you can suggest a replacement for the placeholder title :).

Ooh, this looks good.

"Transforming Under Pressure" could work. Or simply "Under Pressure." Maybe even "The Heat is On."

And some criticism: try, if you can, to play with the lighting to make it look more like sunset. It just looks like late afternoon. Unless of course that is your intention.

I'm intrigued! Can't wait to see more. Hopefully it will explained how the friend came to be bitten. Did Amy bite her?

It actually is supposed to look like late afternoon as sunset is still around two hours away. I am tracking moon phases for this story and have a reference date and location for that purpose. I even made sure that the clocks that appear in the comic show the correct time for the story.

This does tell me that maybe I should put a dialog mention about moonrise vs. sunset back in the comic.

The answer to your second question is "it's complicated". Indeed, I could devote a whole comic series to untangling that... ;)

Well, here are some more pages. Grayed-out panels I plan to redo, ones redded-out I plan to cut, and I may redo the whole leg-shift to give Steph a little more privacy. There are still a few more pages to come before this chapter is finished. I think I also have a title: "Silver and Gold". Next chapter is tentatively "Werewolf Breakfast", though that will be some time as it's basically an exposition dump and I don't want it to just be talking heads. After that would be '"Do You Dare Enter the Were-Lair?"', though I may get to it first as I have the set I need. It will be set on the next night - the extra quotes are because it's going to be a title drop in the dialog.

Be careful, she'll bite...unless you're into that sort of thing, then she won't.

The Tf looks pretty cool, not sure how it could have been better using 3D models and the end result is so nice! Will there be more?
