Pilot for a potential new show on Cartoon Network. There's a whole bunch of different things in this one... age regression, age progression, growth, TF, TG, and generic shapeshifting in general.

The second they went to the island I was 100% on board. The second Matt Berry showed up I was 110% on board.
I mean, as far as Adventure Time clones go, this show looks really cool so far! Can't wait to see more!

Yeah... it's got promise. Though I'm not too fond of the animation style, it strikes me as kind of generic. Same goes for the character design. Plus the boy character's got some freaky body proportions. Kid's built like a daddy longlegs.

But then again, it's just a test episode, and the look always changes if and when a pitch goes to series. Look at Steven Universe! And the "Butt Witch" is an eminently watchable villain. She's already getting fan art. Plus, it looks like there's endless potential for shapeshifting to feed our fetish. So, yeah... if this ever goes to series, it'll probably be great!

Just thought I'd post an update, this show is now on Netlix! I haven't seen much of it, but it seems really fun and thoughtful.

As for content, the second episode has a sequence where the "Butt Witch" makes Reggie hallucinate that her body is deforming with exaggerated puberty, and the last episode of the season sees the Butt Witch shrinking down tiny when she's finally defeated. There might be more to see, I just skimmed through a few episodes. The Witch is a shapeshifter, so she's always transforming in some way.
