Two of my favorites were Hellcat and Kitty Pryde (except I didn't like how it ended for Kitty).

I know I have an issue of Excalibur during the Inferno Cross Over Event which has multiple YF Phoenix(Rachel Summers) turned into a Mannequin, Megan (she's a fae or some such) Corrupted into "The Goblin Princess" and Kitty Pride is turned into a demonic catgirl. Yeah, Goblin Princess is another of my top favorites, another of those so-wrong-yet-so-right transformations.

Woman to Cowgirl, though I'd have to really think about it to find the *best*.

But just, the four boobs, the udder, the milk... Sexiest TF to me by far. :3

I'm probably in the minority for this one but I'm a huge fan of CGI transformations, i.e. "morphing."

As a result, the best/sexiest transformation/morphing sequence for me is probably the jaguar morph from the pilot episode of the Sheena TV series.
