I can't go to "BBWChan.org" How can I go in Plz.

It's down for maintanence, all I can say is wait for awhile.

It went down for awhile back when it was 7898chan, then it became BBWchan and all was good for a month or so, then it started to progressively die again...
Back to maintenance...

Seriously. If you know you can't get to the site (ergo, you've been to bbwchan.org) you already have the fucking answer.

wow lets not get hostile the guy was just askin for some info. when I go on there it only tells me that the site is blocked and unavailable so that could me a revamp it could mean they are gone for good. Information is what we share here and being agrivated by questions will not help anyone.

As a frequenter of Digg, websites don't have emergency messages like that up instantly. Once they got the server back online, they probably locked you out of all the content before putting that filler page up. At the time of the original post, there's no way of knowing that they were getting that response.
