Onegai My Melody TG Clip
I already posted this in the TF section, but I thought that I should also post it here. In this clip, a girl who has been swapping/stealing other people's physical attributes has a breakdown and ends up causing all of the students to get parts swapped around.
I don't know if this is full TG, but the main character's male friend ends up with a female's body from the neck down, and his friend ends up with some girl's hair, her father also ends up with breasts and longer hair. The girl who had the break down ends up with a super hot taller/older/bustier body.
