Sorry Laughingman. I used "WinAVI Video Converter" which says it's using "ZJMedia MPEG-4 Encoder" for the video, I downloaded it and opened it using my Windows Media Player 9 Series and it works for me.

Is your Windows Media Player updated? If you want to use something else, VLC Player is a great program worth getting. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Not much more I can do, I 'could' convert into wmv?
