The artist of Hand Held has a few other nice manga that feature noticeable size differences (although sadly not size CHANGES), and I'm not just talking about the one with the guy fantasizing about his sister's feet. There's an especially nice one that features a half-sized guy getting, shall we say, "romanced" by his twin sweethearts. As Lorekeep says, his sense of scale and the detail of his work set him above the rest.
