I don't get what Kojiro Highwind meant about shaved hips. Care to explain so I know what to fix?

AhziDahaka, Heather's bad Day kinda bombed and I got rid of that character. I was planning on do it again with a new character I drew who took Heather's Place.

Thanks again. I've learned to ignore Shadow cause I think the world would end if he was polite. Next time I do a B.E. I'll have a before shot m'kay.

I know I need practice but if it's not too much to ask for, could you tell me whats wrong? Is the head too big? Are the arms wonky? Telling me to practice is nice feedback but If I need to practice I need to know what part I need to practice on.
