Wow, thankfully I can decipher things without reading them. Had to download it again and my browser went Japanese. That was fun.
Okay, execute startup.exe. The DirectX button at the top is grayed out, which I presume means I'm up to date. Bottom seems to be exit, and the one above that seems to be requirements. So I'm guessing the right one to click is the one with two bullets that executes an installer.
Installer starts to configure itself, throws the error in the screenshot, and when you click okay it takes you to what I would assume is a "Sorry, setup did not complete."
Only thing I can think of is that my dual-core tends to show up as a 1.8 or 2 GHz processor at times, so it may be thinking I don't meet requirements somehow. Otherwise I should be set.
