Actually, at this point in 2005, a lot of the rules are
not blurry anymore. However, the copyright laws are often difficult to
enforce due to the vast number of sites and files (and infractions) which occur on the 'Net. Believe me,
certain corporations are having no trouble coming down firmly with both feet upon any Webmaster who has been posting
their material without permission... (I suspect some of them have people on staff whose job it is to simply trawl the 'Net in search of illegal postings.)
